30 Weeks!

Yes, I've decided to start a blog. With all of the new things happening in our lives right now, I thought it would be easy to share pictures and stories with friends and family this way.

I cannot believe that in just 10 weeks, our baby boy will be here. I have been preparing Eli's room for the past few weeks. Kent has about a month before he starts really working again, although he's been at work almost every day this summer anyway. I'm nervous and excited about the day Eli gets here. I just hope that everything goes good and that Kent will be able to be by my side for all of it. I'm also nervous about starting the school year and then leaving right away for 12 weeks, but I'm sure that will work out fine.

The summer has been pretty lazy for me so far. I walk every morning and have breakfast. I've been reading a lot and doing very little actual work around the house. I've been very tired again lately since starting my 3rd trimester, so I sneak in a nap in the afternoon. Sometimes when Kent comes home, we go to the pool, so that has been a nice relief from the 100 degree weather we've been having here.
