Eli's 3rd and 4th teeth are officially here! I'm so glad he is over the teething (for right now.) He was pretty miserable for a couple of weeks. He is a very happy baby, into everything. He crawls all over the place now. Regular, tummy off the floor crawling. He pulls up on anything he can, even in the bathtub, which scares Momma. I've caught him by the arm a few times!! He plays independently a lot of the time, but is always up for a game of catch! He thinks it is very hilarious when Momma tosses the ball into the air and catches it and then is so proud of himself when he 'tosses' it back to Momma or Daddy.
Mother's day was awesome. Daddy and Eli picked out some cool UT things from the co-op, including a nice new purse that Momma had been needing. We went out to eat at Dead Fish Grill, which is a cool restaurant on Lake Belton. The food was good and the view was very nice.
We think we've finally found a house to rent in Temple, but hoping we get the application in before the other guy that wants it does!! It is in a nice neighborhood and has the space we need, so we are excited about that. I am definitely going to be teaching Texas History next year, and I am excited! Sad to leave science behind, but excited about something new. I also found out a couple of weeks ago that I passed my 4-8 generalist (which allows me to be able to teach subjects other than 8-12 science!)
I will try to post up some pics of Eli here tonight or tomorrow night.
We hope everyone is doing well!!! Love, Sarah, Kent and Eli
